Excellence and internationalization are two of the most relevant Lake Shoes<\/a> family\u00a0 mainstays.<\/span><\/p>\n

Skilled professionals work with thoroughnness and maximum dedication to offer an excellence quality products. R&D is fundamental in our company.<\/b><\/p>\n

In our factory, located in Crevillente (Alicante) we are 100 permanent employees.<\/span><\/p>\n

We can boast of a consolidated and commited staff, that make possible the designs of the big international fashion brands<\/span><\/p>\n

In the first place, <\/span>Jos\u00e9 Alcocer<\/b>, our<\/span>\u00a0CEO, takes care of the bussines administration. He defines the corporative strategy and leads the team.<\/p>\n

Operations Area<\/b><\/h3>\n

The chief of Lake Shoes operations is <\/span>Alberto Alcocer.<\/b> He manages the human team and developes samples and prototypes. Other of his functions are the quality supervision and the international customer service.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sales and customer service\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n

On the other hand, we can found the sales and customer service area, lead by\u00a0 <\/span>Pablo Alcocer. <\/b>He is our representative in fairs\u00a0 and exhibitions. Also, he develops samples anda prototypes in the <\/span>\u201cfactory of dreams\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/p>\n

Development and production<\/b><\/h3>\n

Three of the most relevant points in our internationalization are EEUU, Italy and France. <\/span>Marga Roca<\/b> manages the international relations with these countries and aslo develops samples and prototypes.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Raw material and purchasing<\/b><\/h3>\n

In Lake Shoes<\/a> we work with first quality raw materials and, for that, we have a person dedicated to guarantee their excellence.<\/span><\/p>\n

Jos\u00e9<\/b> Manuel Alcocer<\/b> supervises purchases and materials for the creation of our products.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lathe-milling masters<\/b><\/h3>\n

A very important part of Lake Shoes heart are <\/span>their lathe-milling masters.<\/b><\/p>\n

They invent new tools that maintain the essence of the Lake Shoes product.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n
